It is understandable to be concerned about what happens in the event of an event cancellation or postponement due to coronavirus. We have put together simple guidelines to help give clarity and to give you confidence about your purchase in each situation.
If your event is cancelled we will email you to notify you of this. You will receive a full refund of your purchase. The full amount will be refunded back to the payment method you originally used to purchase.
If your event is postponed we will email you to notify you of this. Your purchase will be valid for the new date. We will inform you of the new date once it has been rescheduled.
If you have already received your tickets for the original date they will likely be valid for the new date. If the event organiser issues replacement tickets for the new date, these will be sent to you in due course.
